I am a breakfast kind of guy so…I’m always on the hunt for great places to land at the start of the day. On a recent trip to Phoenix, my brother introduced me to a breakfast chain, Eggstasy which has numerous locations throughout the Phoenix metro area [ * * * * * ]. While I’m not usually a fan of the breakfast chains and gravitate toward the diners, I found this place quite good. Perhaps it was my lingering hunger from the flight the day before. Regardless, the breakfasts were more than ample and, in some cases, a bit over-the-top in terms of volume. But, for a hungry guy who wanted a great start in the morning, it was fine with me! From Omelets to Bagels to Hash to Benedict to Scrambles and all the other breakfast options – anyway you want them – this place rocks. And, more importantly, the staff were enthusiastic supporters of a great breakfast environment. I’ll definitely try it again.
